🕒 30-Day Return & Refund Policy

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, your item must:

   •   Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

   •   Be in the original packaging.

   •   Include a receipt or proof of purchase.


📦 Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, such as pet grooming tools, feeders, and customized items.
Please contact us first to confirm if your product is eligible for a return.


⚙️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Please include photos of the item and packaging for faster processing.


💸 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


🚚 Return Shipping Costs

   •   If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we cover the shipping cost.

   •   If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., changed mind, wrong size), you will be responsible for return shipping costs.


🌍 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider first.
